		The unique and exclusive Gripfix system creates on each component a precise series of indentations, which are then used for holding the part in a vice on the machine. Only 3mm is required for gripping thus saving material. The system requires reduced clamping force and therefore has less distortion, plus it can be removed from the vice and re-inserted into the same position.
		Centre Compact are a range of centre-clamping vices which use the Gripfix system. The vices are lightweight and compact yet offer secure clamping of parts up to 200mm wide.
		The Quick Point pallet allows workholding devices like the Centre Compact vice, chucks or fixtures to be quickly changed or indexed. They are low profile, provide 90° indexing and use a simple but accurate mechanical clamping arrangement. They are available for both lathes and machining centres.
		Vario Tec is the name for a range of special vice jaws with moveable pins. The jaws are available for most popular makes of vice as well as our own Vario Tec vice. The pins are easily extended or depressed to provide various depths of grip, end stops and angles.
		Clean Tec is a clever self-furling fan for blowing away coolant and swarf from the surface of parts after machining. On CNC machines it can be loaded in the toolchanger and used within the programme.
		Spin Fix is a low cost but very accurate fine boring system for holes in the range Ø4.8mm to 21mm.
		Parlec are a range of machinable jaw vices with double clamping on either side of a central fixed jaw. They can be mounted singly or in a series on a vertical machining centre or in a cruciform arrangement on a horizontal machining cente.
		Special Designs to clamp all types of component on vertical or horizontal machining centres are available from our design department. The clamping may be mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic or vacuum to suit the application.
